we went to an ap gathering there today, though i barely saw anyone because i was having too much fun with august. we saw ducks, rode the hayrack (h fell asleep on that), went down the big slide, and picked up heavy pumpkins. that's what the face is all about. he was very dramatic about how strong he was! note the beginning of a rat tail :-) i'm letting his hair grow out. we bought some cider and apple butter. the only bad thing was the hot weather. even the ice cream truck made rounds tonight! we had a blast today.
