worked it out

i took the boys to walmart tonight. august had a bad day because he was in disposables all day yesterday and got a rash. everytime he pooped he started crying and saying owwie. he picked out a hotwheels car and we walked around actually SHOPPING for almost an hour. it was a lot of fun! i let him look and touch and smell. he had a blast. i confess that i hadn't eaten since my giant bowl of organic oatmeal at 830 am, so i was ravenous! mm that sounds good right now. anyway i made my way to the deli and to the potato wedges! i ate a helping of those in the car on the way home because i knew when i got home it'd be a whirlwind of nursing and baths. i managed to sneak in some grilled chicken when i got home that was in the fridge.

i put em to bed and did a bunch of floor exercizes. since i want to wait a few years before having our third child i want to look good for those years. it's good that nature creates chaos for the new mom to handle so she doesn't dwell on her appearance. considering my history i feel like i've done really well with it.
