yawn

I'm off to bed soon. Today was uneventful. I was crabby this morning; poor JJ had to deal with me. I wasn't trying to take it out on him but I was just irritable because I didn't sleep well last night. JJ and I stayed up late talking at the kitchen table. It was nice but weird because he had taken a green tea diet pill at work and was all jittery. I had a glass of wine since H was in bed for the night so I was um, out of it a little........but it was still nice to talk with my husband without children around. I have to get up early tomorrow and go to the library so I need to get good rest tonight. We had spaghetti for lunch and then he hung the pics of the kids over the couch. I am eating some smart pop popcorn that doesn't have butter in it. Yum.
After the library I need to swing by Walmart to get some fleece for diaper liners. I scored a free Fuzzibunz tonight because of a paypal clone offering 25 bucks just for signing up. After dinner, when August enjoyed mixing barbeque sauce with cottage cheese and eating it up, we went for a long walk. I had an experience which made me think of Bill Engvall (here's your sign): We do two laps around the neighborhood, and there was a guy in his driveway that we passed for the second time. He says "You're going around the block!" DUH. Not hello, how are you....whatever. I let Gus play in the backyard while I nursed H in the sling but Gus kept trying to go into the front yard. I can't wait for the gate to be up.
