about an hour ago my back started to HURT down low. i was just reading to the boys and omg ow. thank god they went to bed quickly. i had trouble staying still so hudson could nurse to sleep. i had to bite my lip. now i'm all hunched overin this chair because it's the only way i don't have zingers going up my back. pelvic circles helped some but i think i'm going to take a shower or soak in the whirlpool. i was going to write about our day because it was really fun. we fingerpainted. notice how neat my son is when he fingerpaints. ow.
