sniffles

when august was going to daycare he was sick 90% of the time. we just got used to it. once he was done going there we hadn't seen even a runny nose since! well, we all got a cold at once. it started yesterday, late in the day. we were in bloomington shopping. i now feel guilty dragging my babies around when they didn't feel well. i didn't realize it was that bad until i put h in the carseat to come home and he had the most tiny, pathetic cough. we got some good stuff. gus had a blast digging around hancock fabrics. i was busy gathering stuff for a diaper bag but i failed to find 'the' fabric. i think i'll just order what i liked in the first place. that store even had an elvis section and old school simpsons flannel. we had dinner with the inlaws and then to the mall for clothes for the boys. we spent way too much money but it was nice to have stuff that i picked out, not stuff i settled on.
today was rough! i had all these chores planned. i am not watching houston tomorrow, since we got him sick. boo. i was looking forward to it. i went ahead and plowed through the vaccuuming, cleaning kitchen and bathroom and diaper load. my parents came by to watch gus while i got our biweekly groceries. i made it under budget even though i bought extras. i was hungry. i dont eat much when i'm sick. i'm going to relax tomorrow. i'm too tired to sew. i got my diaper stuff out since i was in the middle of one but i just can't. going to nurse and snuggle my little boy.
